Reflection for Session 3

We can no longer confine our learning environment to physical classroom and printed textbook. It encompasses the learning needs of the students, personal development of the teachers, interaction between students and teachers as well as the maintenance of all technological tools and resources. Constant updating of teaching and learning resources will be a continuous process rather than just a campaign hype. We need to be aware of the available schema and tools in assessing learning environment. It is important that school leaders are aware of the changes in students' behaviour to provide support for the teachers' willingness to implement new pedagogy.
